​Events Committee is responsible for hosting at least one activism event, one speaker event, and one social event each semester. In 2022, Columbia Dems hosted Vice President Harris, Secretary Clinton, Governor Hochul, Attorney General James, and more to campus for a "Get Out the Vote Rally." There is no application or prerequisite for joining Events Committee—feel free to stop by our weekly meetings or contact our Events Coordinator if you are looking to get more involved!
